📋 Description

• Define and manage the timeline for enterprise-wide deployments of the Qventus Care Gap and Coding Automation solution • Perform hands-on build and configuration activities, including EHR integration work • Contribute to the design and scoping of new features • Support client-agnostic testing and validation of new product changes prior to broader release • Collaborate with external client teams to understand evolving requirements • Identify process improvement opportunities, uncover workflow gaps, and translate ambiguous requirements into clear implementation plans • Develop and maintain the technical implementation playbook

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of project or program management experience • 5+ years of professional experience working at a leading healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system • 5+ years of experience in an implementation, delivery, or product-oriented role • Experience with EHR integration and build activities; experience with Epic integrations and relevant Epic certifications is highly preferred • Strong technical proficiency, including a solid background in SQL • Proven track record applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in hospital systems • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organization • Exceptional attention to detail with the diligence to work carefully through test scripts and validation steps • Ability to identify gaps, navigate ambiguity, and independently drive solutions in fast-paced environments • Ability to travel up to 25%.
