📋 Description

• Lead and execute complex projects with significant business impact from strategic planning through completion • Develop and implement project management processes and methodologies • Improve consistency, efficiency, and accountability across the organization • Enhance operational efficiency and remove inefficiencies using data analysis and Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies • Manage stakeholder relationships and communication • Provide regular reports and updates on project progress, risks, and resource allocation • Guide organizational transformation and change management activities • Ensure successful adoption of new initiatives and processes • Implement a standardized global project management methodology to streamline project execution and enhance cross-functional collaboration

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3-5 years of experience in project management or leading change initiatives, particularly within the healthcare or Revenue Cycle Management industries • Proficiency in various project management and agile software development methodologies • Strategic mindset with ability to translate broad visions into concrete, actionable plans • Demonstrated experience working effectively with cross-functional teams to overcome complex project challenges • Strong executive reporting and presentation skills • Relevant education or training may influence pay determination
