📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and interactive reports primarily in Tableau • Translate business questions from internal partners into clean, intuitive visual analytics • Model and structure data entities in the most effective way for visualization • Write SQL as needed to shape and validate data • Partner with stakeholders across our Enterprise Customer Engagement organization • Test, validate, and troubleshoot to keep reporting accurate and reliable • Recommend improvements and new approaches to how we visualize and share insights • Help advance the team's move from traditional reporting to embedded visual analytics

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced Tableau skills, with a strong portfolio of dashboards you've built end-to-end • Solid data modeling instincts — you know how to structure data for effective visualization • Comfort writing SQL to prepare and validate data • A self-directed working style; you can own projects and move them forward with light guidance • Curiosity and drive to learn new tools and deepen your craft • Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences • Official Tableau certifications are a plus • Preferred: Power BI experience; either Snowflake or Databricks; healthcare or revenue cycle background (not required — we'll help you learn it); familiarity with GenAI tools (e.g., Claude); a Tableau Public profile
