📋 Description

• Build, optimize, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions supporting Customer Operations and Service Delivery priorities • Use advanced SQL and data modeling to extract, transform, and validate data from complex revenue cycle environments • Apply Epic Clarity and revenue cycle knowledge to identify trends, defects, and process improvement opportunities • Translate analysis into clear, client-ready reporting and recommendations for technical and non-technical audiences • Conduct account and performance reviews to surface actionable opportunities • Perform rigorous QA on metrics and reports to ensure accuracy and credibility • Own follow-up actions and drive execution against recommendations • Serve as a trusted analytics partner to internal teams and client counterparts • Contribute thought leadership and mentorship to grow the broader analytics function • Ramp up on R1's data environment, reporting ecosystem, revenue cycle workflows, and existing reporting logic • Independently own meaningful deliverables, produce client-ready reporting, identify trends that drive operational value, and support internal and client stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional experience, with a strong background in revenue cycle and analytics-driven roles • Strong knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle operations, including billing, claims, denials, A/R, and payment posting • Hands-on experience with the Epic Clarity data model, ideally in Resolute/Hospital Billing • Advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, aggregations, transformations, and scalable query design • Experience with Snowflake, relational databases, and reporting tools such as Power BI • Proven ability to turn messy operational data into reliable, decision-ready insights • Track record presenting findings to non-technical stakeholders and/or clients • Strong attention to detail, independent judgment, and ability to manage multiple priorities • Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification preferred • Data modeling experience in Snowflake preferred • Familiarity with stored procedures / T-SQL preferred • Prior client-facing analytics or service delivery experience preferred • Experience mentoring analysts or building team capabilities preferred
