📋 Description

• Design, code, test, deploy, and operate frontend applications, backend services, data pipelines, and AI systems • Build systems powering models, specialized reasoning and resolution agents, and human-in-the-loop AI features • Run A/B tests and ship production features tied to real business outcomes • Partner with product managers and operators to turn manual workflows into agentic and AI-driven automations • Collaborate with AI and ML engineers to build AI-native systems combining deterministic logic, traditional ML models, and LLMs • Design and build secure, compliant, and reliable systems at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience building and operating production systems • Demonstrated experience owning features or services end-to-end in production • Experience leading projects independently from design through deployment and iteration • Experience scaling production systems, including debugging performance, reliability, and data correctness issues • Interest in applied AI and willingness to deepen expertise • Care for clean code, reliability, and production readiness • Bonus: Healthcare experience
