📋 Description

• Design and facilitate leadership, development, and careers sessions virtually and in-person using appropriate adult learning strategies and the 70/20/10 model • Manage programs to ensure efficacy and quality and improve participant experience and program success • Track and drive measures of success and impact, including business results, ROI, talent pipeline, retention, and demonstrated new behaviors • Provide development coaching to Associates using 360s and other assessments and guide application of learning • Recommend and deliver assessments to individuals and teams and provide coaching on results • Partner with teams and external vendors to design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs • Build succession pipeline health and develop high-value talent into future leaders • Serve as a credible and trusted adviser and subject matter expert • Partner with business leaders and HR to uncover needs, design learning interventions, and deliver comprehensive education and experiences • Manage external vendor relationships, budgets, and vendor agreements • Collaborate with Operations leaders and HR Business Partners to develop talent in alignment with strategic plans

🎯 Requirements

• Experience or capability in leadership development, talent development, careers sessions, coaching, assessments, and adult learning strategies • Ability to design and facilitate leadership, development, and careers sessions virtually and in-person • Ability to manage programs and track measures of success/impact, including business results, ROI, talent pipeline, retention, and demonstrated new behaviors • Ability to provide development coaching using 360s and other assessments • Ability to recommend and deliver assessments to individuals and teams and coach on results • Ability to partner with internal teams and external vendors to design, implement, and evaluate leadership development programs • Ability to partner with business leaders and HR to identify needs and design learning interventions • Ability to manage budgets and vendor agreements • Understanding of business products, strategies, priorities, customers, and operating environments • Ability to collaborate with Operations leaders and HR Business Partners
