📋 Description

• Architect and own end-to-end delivery of complex analytic solutions and semantic-layer views spanning multiple domains. • Set technical direction for the analytic area. • Lead design reviews for dashboards and analytics. • Mentor junior, mid-level, and other analysts on requirements-gathering, dashboard design, best practices, and safe use of AI copilots. • Contribute to and help enforce data-validation and QA standards for the team. • Own validation processes for AI-generated insights and narratives before they reach stakeholders. • Partner directly with senior business and clinical stakeholders to translate ambiguous needs into technical designs. • Build and support natural-language query interfaces on the semantic layer for broader self-service use. • Occasionally present technical work to cross-functional groups of 5–10 people.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Health Science, Computer Science, Math, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. • 9–12 years of experience in analytics, with significant project ownership. • 4–6 years hands-on building and optimizing dashboards/analytic solutions. • 1+ year informally mentoring analysts. • Advanced expertise in SQL and dashboard architecture. • Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts. • Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification preferred. • Deep experience validating AI-generated insights in a regulated/clinical setting preferred. • Deep understanding of prompt engineering and AI-copilot capabilities. • Experience designing guardrails for validating AI-generated insights/narratives. • Experience with data validation and QA standards. • Experience building and supporting natural-language query interfaces on a semantic layer.
