📋 Description

• Support programs and initiatives that strengthen culture, engagement, recognition, and connection across Rackspace • Gather employee feedback and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience • Research and recommend ideas to enhance employee engagement and community-building efforts • Develop content for internal communication channels, including InsideRack, Viva Engage, and newsletters • Support communication campaigns related to company priorities and culture • Identify and share employee stories reinforcing company values and strategic priorities • Support planning and execution of employee engagement programs, leadership forums, and company-wide events • Assist with communications, logistics, content preparation, and post-event follow-up • Partner with HR and business stakeholders to deliver employee experiences • Create content supporting employee awareness, engagement, and organizational culture • Assist with social and digital storytelling initiatives • Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements to content effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• Current enrollment in a four-year university as a senior in classification or graduate student • Media or communications major • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills • Proficient with office productivity tools and collaboration platforms • Ability to learn new systems quickly • Availability for a flexible schedule of 20–30 hours per week for 6 months
