📋 Description

• Complete all aspects of the loan closing process • Review cleared title commitments • Prepare closing disclosures • Work with signing agents, lenders, borrowers, and attorneys • Handle complex files and escalations as they arise • Verify clear to close, vesting, payoffs, taxes, HOA's, insurance premiums, loan amounts, fees and borrowers’ funds after disclosure request • Monitor daily queues to ensure orders are followed up and completed within service level agreements • Review closing package prior to the closing date for proper balance and recording • Address inquiries professionally and timely • Provide excellent customer service through communications • Assist in training for new team members

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED • 2 or more years of prior work-related experience • Typing/data entry skills of 65 words per minute • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) • Knowledge of client-based systems • Attention to detail • Motivated and positive team player • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills • Ability to problem solve in a growing business • Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
