📋 Description

• Review title commitments to identify and clear required issues to issue clear title • Conduct due diligence and fact-finding with clients and consumers to remedy vesting discrepancies • Obtain various documents from clients, consumers, and third-party companies • Communicate confidently and clearly with consumers, clients, attorneys, and all required third parties necessary to clear title defects • Make risk assessments independently and escalate when necessary • Resolve low to mid-tier curative issues autonomously • Perform other duties as assigned or apparent

🎯 Requirements

• Degree Requirement: HS Diploma or GED • 2 or more years of prior work-related experience • Ability to work across multiple curative queues • Experience working in all channels including Originations, REO, and Purchase • Professional communication with lender clients and consumers • Provide high level client service to both centralized and distributed retail clients • Collaborate with other teams to find process improvements • Prior experience within the real estate industry and/or title and closing company required with a minimum of two years in a Title Curative or Title Claims role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Professional verbal and written communication • Ability to work in a team environment
