Radiant Logic is a software company that provides an AI-enabled Identity Data Platform (RadiantOne) to unify, observe, and act on human and non-human identity data across complex, hybrid infrastructures. Its platform offers real-time identity data management, observability, analytics, governance, and synchronization to support Zero Trust, IAM/IGA modernization, compliance automation, and risk remediation for large enterprises and regulated industries. Radiant Logic is used to centralize identity data, automate access reviews, detect and remediate identity risks, and accelerate integrations with identity tools (e. g. , Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk).

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Radiant Logic products in large, complex enterprise environments • Analyze customers’ existing identity infrastructure and develop validated solution designs and deployment plans • Install and configure RadiantOne across development, testing, and production environments • Integrate backend data sources and validate consuming application functionality and performance • Track engagement progress and attend project status meetings • Deliver architecture and solution design documentation for knowledge transfer • Replicate customer environments in lab settings to reproduce and root-cause issues • Debug Java-based interception scripts and develop custom automation tooling • Install and validate new RadiantOne releases • Contribute field experience to internal best practices and team enablement • Design and review customer and partner solutions, identify significant architectural decisions, risks, and mitigations • Collaborate with architects and engineers on complex deployments, solution patterns, design optimization, and best-practice artifacts • Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful engagements and customer value realization • Improve Professional Services processes, contribute to the services roadmap, and shape departmental vision • Provide authoritative RadiantOne implementation guidance across customer engagements • Lead technical teams through complex delivery challenges • Coach and mentor engineers and less experienced architects • Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in identity and access management, enterprise software implementation, or a related technical delivery role • Demonstrated track record leading complex deployments in large enterprise environments • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred • Solid understanding of enterprise security and network management • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with the RadiantOne platform and product suite • Valid U.S. work authorization, including U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency/Green Card • Broad IAM knowledge across SSO, federation, provisioning, governance, privileged access management, zero trust, hybrid cloud, and CIAM • Familiarity with SiteMinder, Ping, and SailPoint • Understanding of identity governance concepts, including ITGC controls, access reviews, separation of duties, role mining, leaver and orphan account management, and PAM • Solid LDAP directory and LDAP v3 knowledge, including Active Directory, SunOne/ODSEE, OpenDJ, ADLDS, IBM TDS, and NetIQ eDirectory • Understanding of identity data concepts, directories, schemas, LDAP, REST, SCIM, and API integration • Strong working knowledge of relational databases and SQL, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL • Experience with PKI, certificate-based authentication, Kerberos, XACML, ABAC/RBAC, MFA, and SmartCards/PIV/CAC • Working knowledge of SAML2, OpenID Connect, WS-Federation, OAuth, SOAP, and REST • Familiarity with Kubernetes and Docker containerized deployments • Working knowledge of Linux security, administration, and Microsoft platform management • Scripting experience in Bash, PowerShell, or Python • Some Java experience for interception script development and customization • Working experience with Apache Tomcat and Git or equivalent version-control platforms • Familiarity with authorization models of SAP, Workday, Salesforce, and ServiceNow • Experience with SaaS-based IAM products, including deployment, configuration, and enterprise integration • Understanding of SaaS delivery models, multi-tenancy, and cloud-hosted application identity challenges
