📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for high-priority strategic initiatives • Develop workplans and align stakeholders • Perform financial modeling and prepare executive-ready deliverables • Develop and present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives, physician leaders, and board-level audiences • Translate complex operational and financial data into clear, actionable insights • Design and facilitate cross-functional working sessions, steering committees, and governance forums • Build scalable analytical frameworks and models for repeatable, data-driven strategy across the transformation office portfolio • Set goals, anticipate and resolve roadblocks, and build contingency plans • Drive enterprise-wide transformation to modernize operations, improve performance, and create scalable, data-driven ways of working

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Health Administration or Business Administration with 5+ years of related experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Healthcare industry experience, particularly in provider organizations, physician enterprises, health systems, or radiology/imaging services • 5+ years of project management experience required • Management consulting experience at a recognized firm preferred • Track record of leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives from scoping through implementation • Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills • Ability to synthesize large data sets into executive-ready insights and recommendations • Familiarity with AI-driven tools and concepts, or ability and willingness to learn and apply them • Strong analytic, quantitative, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to craft consulting-quality presentations, memos, and business cases • Strong time management and prioritization skills • Ability to juggle multiple tasks • Highly motivated self-starter and excellent team player • Ability to travel 10% of the time
