📋 Description
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of three Recruitment Operations Partners • Set clear expectations, workloads, and priorities • Serve as a mentor and subject-matter expert • Personally own recruiting operations for assigned business areas • Oversee interview scheduling and candidate communications • Analyze recruiting metrics and reporting • Improve recruiting workflows and candidate experience
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required • 5–7 years recruiting operations experience • 1–3 years people leadership experience • Experience supporting clinical or technical roles • ATS and CRM proficiency • Shared-services or COE experience
