📋 Description

• Provide advanced IT support for clinical and administrative users • Ensure high availability of radiology systems • Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, network, and clinical application issues across devices and peripherals • Triage and manage escalated or high-priority incidents • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams • Support operations during planned and unplanned downtime using established procedures • Document and manage incidents in ServiceNow • Communicate updates and resolutions clearly • Contribute to process improvements and knowledge documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT, including hardware and network support preferred • Experience supporting voice dictation systems such as PowerScribe or Fluency • Knowledge of HIS/RIS, PACS, Voice Recognition systems, DICOM functionality, and radiology workflow • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and customer service skills • Advanced IT support experience for clinical and administrative users
