📋 Description

• Lead, coordinate, and administer key process improvements to internet-based EDI implementations • Participate in the design and review of new applications and EDI integration strategies • Respond to EDI inquiries from providers and internal departments • Consult with users to identify operating procedures and clarify program objectives • Create documentation covering program development, logic, coding, work instructions, and corrections • Interpret user manuals describing operating procedures • Install, coordinate, and troubleshoot EDI-related products • Define and perform EDI system backup and recovery procedures • Perform data audits and quality control measures • Establish and implement policies, procedures, and technologies, including firewalls, to ensure EDI system security • Maintain a customer service survey rating of at least 4.5 out of 5 • Transmit all EDI communications and resolve transmission failures • Facilitate EDI process improvements • Implement and modify new trading partners • Report directly to the Director of Oracle Applications • Work closely with Order Management and Finance teams, end users, subject matter experts, EDI VAN partners, and retail customers

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or 8 years in a combination of education and experience in IT Analysis and EDI Systems • Extensive EDI Mapping Experience • Ability to read and understand X12, VICS, UCS, XML, Tradacom, and Edifact specifications • Oracle e-Business Suite and SQL experience is a plus • Good verbal and written communication skills • Detail-oriented and self-motivated • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to define and execute appropriate test scenarios to validate system solutions • Ability to influence and gain support of key stakeholders
