📋 Description

• Own Customer Journey & Experience: Lead the strategy and optimization of end-to-end customer journeys across email, from acquisition through post-travel, ensuring seamless, personalized, and high-impact experiences. • Lead Email Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute the email marketing roadmap, including promotional, triggered, and transactional campaigns, with a focus on segmentation, personalization, and performance. • Drive Lifecycle & Automation Programs: Build and scale automated journeys and lifecycle programs that nurture leads, increase conversions, and drive repeat engagement and loyalty. • Leverage Data & Optimize Performance: Define KPIs, analyze campaign and journey performance, and lead testing strategies to continuously improve engagement, conversion, and revenue. • Own Marketing Technology & Data Integration: Manage and optimize email and marketing automation platforms, ensuring strong data integrity, segmentation capabilities, and tracking. • Collaborate Cross-Functionally & Lead Execution: Partner with Brand, Creative, Product, and Sales teams to align messaging and campaigns, while establishing efficient processes and best practices for execution. • Lead & Develop Team (if applicable): Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of innovation, testing, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or customer lifecycle marketing • Proven track record of building and optimizing customer journeys that drive measurable business impact • Deep expertise in segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and decision-making • Hands-on experience with Marketo or similar email marketing system • Excellent project management and organizational skills • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams • Experience in travel, hospitality, or e-commerce is a plus
