📋 Description

• Support external clients and internal teams in the implementation of Rain for new and existing customers • Scope customer needs and requests during implementations • Project manage the implementation process end-to-end to meet customer timelines and goals • Communicate implementation changes and updates to stakeholders • Configure and implement customers according to best practices • Partner with Sales and Customer Success to drive timely, organized implementations • Escalate issues to stakeholders as necessary • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to troubleshoot customer issues and provide product feedback • Support development and documentation of processes and best practices • Identify opportunities to improve existing processes and support Rain’s growth

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience • 1+ year in a customer facing role managing stakeholders and timelines • Strong project management and prioritization skills • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once without compromising • Experience working with JIRA, Hubspot, Salesforce, and similar systems of customer record • Experience with HCM and HR Tech preferred • General curiosity and desire to learn • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
