📋 Description

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll tax regulations • Manage payroll corrections, including W-2C processing and amended tax filings • Assist with calculating the organization’s payroll on a regular basis • Process timely payment of wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions accurately • Maintain and update payroll information, including employee records and payroll adjustments • Generate and distribute payroll reports and statements • Prepare manual checks and wire requests as needed • Address and resolve payroll-related queries from employees • Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure proper integration of payroll data • Assist in the preparation of financial audits related to payroll

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience performing payroll functions • Strong knowledge of US Payroll Tax Regulations • Strong knowledge of payroll systems and software (e.g., ADP, Paychex, SAP) • Familiarity with labor and tax laws • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially
