📋 Description

• Secure, maintain, and evaluate clinical sites for diverse and robust School of Nursing programs • Build relationships with healthcare facilities and potential adjunct faculty • Collaborate with Nursing Deans to identify evidence-based clinical experiences supporting curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes • Review and maintain clinical practice agency agreements • Review clinical-experience evaluation findings and report them to Nursing Deans • Collect, document, and store required student programmatic paperwork • Assist with clinical course scheduling • Assign student clinical placements and collect required documentation • Track and maintain community-based activities in Salesforce using the Clinical Tracking Tool • Collaborate across programs, the school, and campuses to maximize community clinical relationships • Represent Rasmussen University at campus, community, and professional events • Assist students with clarification of clinical attendance requirements • Monitor clinical partnership agreements to ensure uninterrupted student access to sites • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams regarding contracts and agreements • Assist the Dean with data collection related to clinical learning outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's degree required • Minimum of two (2) years of customer service or sales experience • Healthcare-setting experience preferred • Salesforce experience preferred • Highly organized and focused professional who addresses problems and innovates with accountability and continuous improvement • Able to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
