• Assist firm in developing office and state practice in North Carolina • Oversee collection litigation for the states • Manage high-volume docket of civil litigation cases in the area of debt-collection through all phases of litigation • Administrative responsibilities including preparing forms and developing processes • Full litigation responsibilities including review of correspondence, review and/or approval of all pleadings, motions and discovery
• Must have bar admission in North Carolina • Preference will be given to attorneys who are licensed in both North Carolina and South Carolina • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to prioritize and organize high volumes of information • Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment • Ability to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm • 3 to 5 years of experience as a general litigation attorney
