📋 Description

• Run day-to-day third-party risk reviews by collecting and reviewing vendor security documentation and drafting assessment summaries • Manage vendor follow-up communications and track open items through resolution • Support new-vendor intake and procurement requests, including procurement queue triage • Help migrate the procurement workflow into a new system/procurement module and document the new process • Maintain third-party risk management trackers and keep vendor records current • Coordinate with Legal and Privacy on contracts and data processing agreements • Use AI tools and automation as a core part of the workflow • Document and improve AI-assisted processes • Support technology and AI enablement projects across security and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate • Business, information systems, or technology background • Interest in IT risk management, cybersecurity/compliance, and technology/AI enablement • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information professionally and discreetly • Comfortable working in spreadsheets, documents, and technology platforms • Willingness to learn new systems quickly • Curiosity about AI tools and applying them to real work • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis • Previous exposure to GRC, audit, procurement, internships, or automation projects is a plus but not required
