📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end buyer experience for a digital automotive marketplace • Enable customers to search, evaluate, and purchase vehicles online • Use customer and business perspectives to drive data-informed product decisions • Balance product and enterprise goals across evolving products and platforms • Resolve trade-offs involving scope, priority, business and technical risk, and dependencies • Keep product stakeholders informed about delivery status, product risks, and scope changes • Leverage AI/ML for search, recommendations, personalization, and merchandising • Monitor product performance using Google Analytics, experimentation tools, and analytics platforms • Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations • Guide product enhancements and identify opportunities affecting buyer-facing applications • Create and maintain feature planning documents, product backlogs, and user stories • Prioritize development team activities • Build and execute a strategic product roadmap aligned with RB Global growth objectives • Address customer requests and inquiries • Research competitive marketplace features and propose responses to threats and opportunities • Establish relationships with key business and technology stakeholders • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement features and enhancements • Develop product vision and roadmap • Direct and control activities and projects, monitor progress, and assess performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or similar secondary education • 5+ years of experience in product management or product development roles • Demonstrated success driving results • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to clearly articulate business requirements and value to internal and external stakeholders
