📋 Description

• Support integrated client programs across Media, Medical, Integrated Communications, Social, Analytics, CRM, and Strategy teams • Coordinate timelines, trackers, project plans, and client deliverables • Assist with meeting preparation, documentation, action items, and follow-up • Support project execution across omnichannel and customer engagement initiatives • Manage project documentation and workflow systems • Assist with quality control and delivery processes • Learn client businesses, brands, therapeutic areas, and customer journeys • Contribute to internal collaboration and cross-functional coordination

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 0-2 years of agency, client service, marketing, communications, or project coordination experience • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools • Interest in healthcare, pharmaceutical marketing, or customer engagement • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
