📋 Description

• Resolve complex line-of-business-specific client inquiries and escalated service issues • Investigate issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams • Communicate with clients and provide timely resolution • Provide technical and/or non-technical customer service • Provide remote/virtual customer service via phone, email, online chat, or text • Provide specialized virtual support for escalated customer issues and post-sales product support • Provide pre- and post-sales support, including quotations and sales order processing • Perform other duties as assigned • Work under moderate supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Typically requires 2+ years relevant experience • May require vocational or technical training • May require obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registration • Basic knowledge of job procedures and tools obtained through work experience • Ability to investigate client issues, coordinate cross-functionally, communicate with clients, and resolve issues while maintaining compliance with business and regulatory requirements
