📋 Description

• Process financial and non-financial transactions for 529 college savings plans, including new account setup, contributions, disbursements, fund transfers and exchanges, and client correspondence • Meet productivity, timeliness, and quality standards • Assist or coordinate support for other functional units • Perform quality assurance on transactions processed by peers • Complete corporate training and develop knowledge of systems • Provide input into department policies and procedures • Learn and follow partner- and plan-specific rules and procedures • Recommend improvements to applications, workflows, and procedures • Develop project ideas to improve departmental functions • Provide constructive feedback to team members • Assist management during busy periods to mentor and evaluate temporary staff • Protect confidential Ascensus and client data • Adopt emerging technologies, platforms, and evolving practices

🎯 Requirements

• 1 to 2 years' experience in a professional work environment preferred • Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills • Detail oriented, PC/keyboard proficient, flexible, self-motivated, able to multitask and work well under pressure • Prior financial service industry experience • Series 6 and 63 licenses preferred • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience • Ability to work the 1:00pm–9:30pm shift • Overtime during some weekends and holidays may be required
