📋 Description

• Prepare endorsement requests to send to insurance carriers • Follow up on receipt of endorsements to existing policies • Process endorsements, including invoicing and delivery to clients • Process audits, including verification of rates, exposures, and prior premiums • Handle and process cancellations and billing issues • Communicate with staff and clients to gather information for policy changes • Follow agency procedures • Provide technical support to Marketing Executives and Producers • Establish and maintain relationships with internal and external clients • Assist producers and clients in maintaining commercial lines insurance coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years of experience in property and casualty servicing preferred • Experience in the Entertainment Division preferred • Active Property and Casualty license required (company will help candidate obtain licensure if needed) • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Applied Epic experience preferred, or knowledge of a similar Account Management System (AMS) is acceptable • Ability to lift 25 pounds • Repeated use of sight to read documents and computer screens • Repeated use of hearing and speech to communicate on telephone and in person • Repetitive hand movements, such as keyboarding, writing, and 10-key • Walking, bending, sitting, reaching, and stretching in all directions
