📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain complex data models, dashboards, and reports supporting organizational and program-level decision-making • Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from multiple sources using SQL, Python, R, or similar tools • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to identify trends, patterns, and insights relevant to behavioral health programs and operations • Translate complex analytical findings into clear summaries and visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all organizational levels • Mentor junior analysts on analytical methods, tools, and best practices • Contribute to departmental data standards and best practices • Safeguard confidential behavioral health, PHI, electronic health record, and other sensitive data • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, computer science, and/or a related field, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience • 6+ years of qualifying Healthcare Data Informatics/Analytics experience, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience • Ability to interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and coding languages • Senior-level experience developing data analysis visualizations and supporting data linkages to those visualizations • Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in datasets • Senior-level experience with data modeling and database development and management • Experience with data automation, analysis, and visualization using R, Python, SAS, Excel, SPSS, SQL, MATLAB/R, Qualtrics, and Tableau • Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Tableau, and MS Power BI • Ability to effectively mentor junior analysts • Must be willing to travel to the main office in Sacramento, California, or an alternative location, when necessary • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion • Compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations • Ability to work with little or no supervision, meet deadlines, and manage fluctuating workloads
