• Serve the Board as a consultant in a professional manner • Work virtually to help cover open CAM positions when needed • Practice and adhere to the company’s Guiding Principles and respond to all calls/emails within 24 hours • Acquire and maintain current knowledge of state and regulatory agency statutes and community documents, policies, and procedures • Provide weekly updates and ongoing reporting to the Board regarding collections, ACC requests, compliance, service requests, and work order activity • Provide administrative, operational, and managerial advice to the Board of Directors • Run Board or Annual Meetings and create monthly management reports with recommendations • Orchestrate annual Board Orientation, Contract Review, and training workshops • Assist the Board with hiring contractors and insurance carriers • Provide vendor management oversight, including setup, bidding, contracting, and oversight • Oversee and approve vendor payments • Develop and submit complete and accurate annual budgets • Drive through the community monthly to inspect common areas and oversee the violation process • Work with accounting to maintain finances, variance reports, and invoice processing • Monitor cash balances, available project funds, aging reports, collections, and legal actions • Build positive relationships with residents and resolve concerns • Attend monthly Manager’s and training meetings as required • Conduct business with high personal, professional, and ethical standards • Analyze and address potential problems • Perform other work-related tasks as needed
• Applicants need to live in Florida • MUST have a FLORIDA CAM License • Minimum of one (1) year managing Homeowner Associations (HOAs) required • CAI designation(s) strongly preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and work on a computer • Ability to occasionally stand, walk, bend, or reach as needed • Ability to lift or move objects up to 10–15 pounds (e.g., files, office supplies) • Manual dexterity to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment • Visual acuity to read printed materials, spreadsheets, and computer screens • Hearing and speech ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and in virtual meetings • Ability to work in a standard office environment with moderate noise levels • Ability to work a standard schedule, with occasional extended hours as required
