📋 Description

• Serve as primary liaison for healthcare entrepreneurs (Imaging Ambassadors) • Provide ongoing project management for pilot project implementation, troubleshooting, provider communications, program design, health innovation incubation, and program evaluation • Provide wrap-around support to national ambassadors, including check-ins, proposal and budget feedback, technical assistance coordination, reimbursement processing, equipment access, and scaling support • Coordinate Ambassador onboarding, reporting processes, and program milestone tracking • Monitor program performance and compliance with grant requirements • Facilitate global community engagement and knowledge sharing across four regional health hubs • Maintain data collection processes, impact evaluations, reports, and program summaries • Coordinate stakeholder and partner engagement opportunities, events, touchpoints, and convenings • Assist with program budgets, documentation, and operational coordination • Collaborate with internal Inteleos departments to align educational and certification resources with Ambassador initiatives • Promote and support the Inteleos culture of inclusivity • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health, Global Health, Nonprofit Management, International Development, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience • Minimum of two years of experience in nonprofit program management, global health programs, or international development initiatives • Experience supporting multi-country or cross-cultural programs, preferred • Experience in program monitoring and evaluation, reporting, or community-based project coordination, preferred • Strong project management and organizational skills • Excellent cross-cultural communication and stakeholder engagement abilities • Experience tracking impact metrics and program performance indicators • Strong public speaking and written communication skills • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed • Consistent attention to detail and follow-through skills • Superior verbal, written, and collaborative skills for corresponding with executives, Boards/Councils, external contacts, and staff teams • Ability to maintain a positive attitude and build a positive multi-cultural environment • Proficiency with budgeting and financial management • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work in software environments including virtual meetings and digital tools such as Canva, Qualtrics, Tableau, Zoom, Asana, and CRMs
