📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and challenges and develop tailored enterprise solutions for Fortune 100 customers • Own end-to-end application migration and modernization engagements • Architect secure, scalable cloud-native solutions from legacy or on-premises systems • Implement solutions using GitOps, AWS CDK, and other IaC tools • Use modern programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java • Lead security reviews of customer cloud environments and design and deploy risk-mitigation controls • Serve as a primary technical advisor during customer engagements • Scope requirements and present architecture recommendations to stakeholders • Lead and mentor project teams, providing technical direction and delivery oversight • Mentor junior engineers • Write blogs and articles contributing to Rearc's knowledge-sharing culture

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, DevOps, or related fields • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred • Extensive hands-on experience building cloud infrastructure with AWS CDK • Familiarity with infrastructure automation tools and industry best practices • Experience designing and implementing cloud security controls, including IAM, network security, encryption, and compliance • Experience leading application migration and modernization projects • Experience in a solutions engineering role, including scoping customer needs, designing architecture, and presenting recommendations to client stakeholders • Strong knowledge and practical expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies • Strong strategic and analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
