📋 Description

• Own the full product lifecycle — from concept through launch • Embed directly with customers, deeply understand their operational workflows • Rapidly prototype solutions in the field • Translate complex operational pain points into high-impact product features • Partner closely with engineering and sales to build tight feedback loops • Drive and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning solutions to business goals • Collaborate with government and industrial partners to help shape emerging standards • Use data and customer feedback to continuously refine the core product experience • Help build the product management foundation as the company scales

🎯 Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in forward-deployed engineering, technical product management, or software engineering • Experience shipping enterprise-grade products • Background at a Seed–Series C, VC-backed startup (or founding experience) • Experience building for industrial, defense, or government customers preferred • Strong backend-leaning engineering fundamentals and computer science background • Ability to rapidly prototype and vibe-code directly with customers • Comfortable in client-facing technical environments • Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated initiative (side projects, startup attempts, etc.) • Willingness to travel up to 50%
