📋 Description

• Directs short-term multi-domain software and systems engineering plans that translate enterprise strategy into sequenced delivery priorities, operating targets, and customer commitments • Leads multiple teams of managers and directors by setting objectives, delegating authority, confirming spans and structures, and holding leaders accountable for delivery, quality, risk, and operational performance • Oversees budget and investment decisions across engineering domains by rebalancing resources • Shapes enterprise performance mechanisms, including objectives, key results, service measures, and operating reviews • Implements enterprise standards, controls, and reusable operating practices that reduce fragmentation • Sets executive decision points by presenting options, recommendations, and consequences on scope, funding, priorities, and risk tradeoffs for complex engineering and systems initiatives • Manages leadership capability and talent outcomes across the portfolio by calibrating performance, building succession pipelines, and making talent decisions that strengthen organizational capacity over time

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, systems engineering, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience required • 12+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or a related field required • 8+ years of experience in a management capacity required • Certification in Agile, Scrum, cloud platform, project management, IT service management preferred
