📋 Description

• Lead complex regulatory programs that support innovation in animal health • Provide operational leadership and project management support across U.S. regulatory programs • Coordinate U.S. regulatory project activities across multiple client programs • Support project planning, timelines, deliverables, and resource coordination • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate timely issue resolution • Coordinate training, onboarding, access requests, and operational readiness activities • Facilitate communication between U.S. and global regulatory teams • Support labeling, regulatory operations, product stewardship, and lifecycle management activities • Maintain project trackers, action logs, meeting minutes, and status reports • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and project execution • Support business development and proposal activities as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, project management, or a related discipline • Experience managing regulatory affairs or regulatory operations projects • Experience within Animal Health, biologics, pharmaceuticals, or medical products preferred • Strong communication, organization, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities across several client programs • Strong attention to detail and the ability to keep complex projects moving forward • Confidence working across functions and engaging with both internal and external stakeholders
