📋 Description

• Obtain appropriate and pertinent information from potential clients • Encourage qualified potential clients to sign legal agreements • Offer agreements and assist with electronic execution • Answer potential clients' questions over the phone • Escalate legal questions or unresolved objections to a supervisor or attorney • Address client inquiries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner • Act as a liaison between potential clients and attorneys • Ensure attorney intake forms and documents are completed, signed, and filed correctly • Gather additional client documentation as needed • Handle client information confidentially and comply with legal and ethical standards • Collaborate with attorneys and staff to transition clients from intake to case management • Maintain a high billable rate and meet or exceed quarterly targets • Support team members through lead follow-up, coaching, problem solving, and other solutions • Handle difficult potential clients or minor technical issues with minimal management coaching • Adhere to call quality, adherence, and chase protocols • Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to management • Conduct new team member onboardings and trainings

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or law office • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance and sales targets • Familiarity with CRM systems or case management software • High school diploma or equivalent • Preferred: Legal or law office experience
