β’ Drive sponsorship sales revenue on behalf of a variety of clients, managing the full sales cycle from strategy to deal conversion. β’ Develop and maintain robust sales pipelines, ensuring consistent opportunity generation and conversion. β’ Support and motivate Sales Executives in early-stage opportunity development and outreach. β’ Manage day-to-day communications with clients, ensuring alignment on strategy, reporting, and live deals. β’ Lead the creation and delivery of proposals, pitches, and commercial negotiations. β’ Attend industry events and represent Red Tiger Marketing and our clients in commercial forums. β’ Leverage market insights and performance data to refine sales strategies and inform decision-making. β’ Build trusted relationships with key decision-makers at brands and rights holders to secure long-term partnerships.
β’ Minimum of 5 yearsβ high-performance sales experience β’ Proven ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders across different cultures and markets. β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. β’ Strong understanding of the U.S. sports and entertainment landscape. β’ Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools. β’ Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-driven with a high level of emotional intelligence. β’ A can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset β someone who sees solutions, not problems.
