β’ Lead the launch and long-term development of Red Tiger Marketingβs U.S. operations, establishing a strong market presence and organisational foundation. β’ Serve as the senior-most representative of the company in the U.S., embodying its values and vision while driving strategic decision-making. β’ Architect and execute a robust go-to-market strategy tailored to the unique dynamics of the U.S. sports and entertainment landscape. β’ Cultivate high-value partnerships with major sports leagues, teams, entertainment entities, and media platforms to unlock scalable revenue opportunities. β’ Hold full P&L accountability for the U.S. business, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. β’ Build and nurture trusted relationships with C-suite executives, rights holders, and strategic partners, positioning Red Tiger Marketing as a premier industry leader. β’ Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-impact cross-functional team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence. β’ Collaborate closely with global teams across marketing, strategy, and technology to ensure strategic alignment and maximise market impact.
β’ Minimum of 12 yearsβ experience in sales leadership β’ Demonstrated success in launching new markets, products, or divisions. β’ Strong strategic and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering revenue growth. β’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. β’ Highly self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. β’ Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales analytics tools. β’ A can-do attitude β an individual that sees solutions to problems. β’ International experience is ideal.
