📋 Description

• Place outbound cold calls to prospective US enterprise clients and open new conversations • Use AI-guided call-preparation tools to plan approaches, handle objections, and maintain genuine, on-brand conversations • Build pipeline through LinkedIn outreach, email sequencing, and CRM-based prospecting • Qualify inbound and outbound leads • Conduct early discovery conversations • Schedule product demos for the closing sales team • Follow up across calls and email • Maintain clean, current, actionable CRM records • Meet weekly and monthly targets for outreach volume, qualified leads, and meetings booked

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Outstanding spoken English — confident, clear, and easy for US prospects to follow • 2–3 years in sales, business development, SDR, cold calling, or inside sales strongly preferred • Available to work 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time • Comfortable incorporating AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude into daily call preparation and follow-up • Working knowledge of CRM/outreach platforms such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, or Apollo preferred • Dependable, high-speed internet connection and a quiet space for calls • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity and prospecting • Ability to listen actively, personalize AI-suggested talking points, and take ownership of pipeline and targets
