📋 Description

• Build a vision for user experience design for MyPattern's solutions and follow through with the processes and tactics to implement it. • Deliver user experiences and interaction designs using process flows, information architecture, task flows, and wireframes. • Build high-fidelity mocks and prototypes; develop and maintain UI specifications, guidelines, and pattern libraries. • Analyze user interface problems and create on-brand design solutions that meet measurable business goals and requirements. • Use market analysis, customer feedback, technical constraints and opportunities, and user research findings to drive data-driven design decisions. • Conduct and build in-house user research capabilities to test and validate design concepts with end users. • Collaborate with Product Management, ML, engineering, marketing, and company leaders to translate requirements into designs and take concepts from early stage to launch. • Plan, prioritize, and oversee initiatives; manage projects, scope initiatives, set priorities, and deliver high-quality designs on schedule. • Define and track product design success metrics and implement customer feedback mechanisms for future design improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• An online or digital portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth in UX and visual design, conceptual thinking, and creative problem-solving across platforms. • 5+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role (enterprise applications preferred). • Fluency in best practices for interaction design and user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills, including the ability to present design concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization and to customers. • Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate a bias for action in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. • Solid experience guiding or managing user research and usability testing. • Ability to succeed within a remote environment.
