📋 Description

• Own and deliver assigned projects to successful completion within baseline, budget, schedule, scope, sold margin, and project KPI requirements • Support the evolution, standardization, adoption, and efficiency of the PMO organization • Advise clients on methodology and implementation options • Manage Statements of Work, P&L, change orders, project reporting, KPI accuracy, and invoice collections • Hold teams accountable for timesheets, expenses, invoicing, and reporting accuracy • Monitor engagement performance and protect project margins, outcomes, and client relationships • Collaborate with Delivery Executives on escalations, key decisions, and risks • Improve project margins through standardization, documentation, reusable assets, and operational discipline • Adopt Reddy AI agents and proprietary tools where applicable • Facilitate continuous improvement and standardization across Advisory and Implementation project management • Present and participate at industry events • Participate in sales pursuits, oral demonstrations, and executive presentations • Serve as Account Owner/Engagement Partner for assigned client accounts and drive account expansion • Build executive-level client relationships and connect client needs to Red Clay service offerings • Identify, qualify, and secure account expansion opportunities using CRM, Kantata, and established processes • Lead contracting and negotiation processes with Practice leadership support • Align expansion opportunities with capabilities, capacity, margin targets, and corporate objectives • Maintain senior client executive relationships to support long-term, multi-domain growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field; equivalent professional experience considered • 8+ years of professional services or consulting experience, including program/project management and client account ownership • Ability to manage complex, multi-workstream engagements on time and on budget with measurable client outcomes • Strong command of project financial management, including P&L, margin analysis, SOW development, and change order management • Ability to build executive-level client relationships and drive account expansion, including identifying, qualifying, and closing growth opportunities • PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project/program management certification preferred • Experience in a Director or equivalent leadership role within a consulting or advisory firm preferred • Familiarity with PSA/project management tools such as Kantata and CRM platforms; experience with AI-enabled delivery tools a plus • Ability to lead complex program/project engagements with on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes • Ability to partner across practices, functions, and leadership levels • Clear, confident communication and ability to influence stakeholders and present to clients • Oracle Energy & Water program implementation experience • Business development background and sales methodology experience • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods • Some evening or weekend availability may be required • Ability to travel to client sites, industry events, and Red Clay office locations as needed
