📋 Description

• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for Oracle Hyperion Cloud applications, including PBCS, PCMCS, and FCCS • Maintain application metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, calculation rules, business rules, forms, reports, dashboards, workflows, data integrations, security, and user provisioning • Perform system monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and configuration management • Manage planning, forecasting, consolidation, and financial close processes within Hyperion applications • Coordinate Oracle cloud update testing, impact assessments, and deployments • Troubleshoot system issues, research root causes, and implement corrective actions • Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation • Partner with stakeholders to document, analyze, validate, and prioritize business requirements • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, process maps, and data requirements • Identify process standardization, automation, and optimization opportunities • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, scorecards, and reports • Build scalable semantic models and data structures for self-service analytics • Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms and source systems • Optimize data integration, transformation, and reporting processes with IT and data teams • Participate in requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support • Develop testing strategies, test cases, and validation plans; support UAT and defect resolution • Investigate operational issues, production incidents, and user inquiries • Facilitate resolution between IT teams, vendors, and business stakeholders • Prioritize support requests and manage issue resolution to service-level expectations • Develop training materials, user guides, and process documentation • Conduct workshops and training sessions • Provide mentoring, guidance, and knowledge transfer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field • 4+ years experience as Business Systems Analyst, Financial Systems Analyst, or related experience • Hands-on experience supporting Oracle Hyperion/EPM Cloud applications, including PBCS, PCMCS, and/or FCCS • Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into technology solutions • Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills • Experience supporting finance, planning, budgeting, forecasting, or accounting business processes • Preferred: Experience with Oracle EPM integrations, Data Management, or EPM Automate • Preferred: Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data warehousing concepts • Preferred: Experience with Power Automate, RPA, or workflow solutions • Preferred: Familiarity with ERP platforms such as Oracle ERP Cloud, SAP, JD Edwards, or Dynamics 365 • Preferred: Experience supporting financial close, consolidation, planning, forecasting, and profitability management processes • Preferred: Project management or Agile delivery experience • Preferred: Oracle EPM, Power BI, or related certifications
