📋 Description

• Implement and configure OpenText VIM in SAP S/4HANA • Configure and maintain OpenText Invoice Capture Server, including extraction profiles, document classification, validation rules, and ICS-to-VIM handoff • Design, develop, and support VIM customizations, including BAdIs, enhancements, custom workflow steps, user exits, and custom ABAP reports • Support the end-to-end P2P process across multiple PO and invoice types • Configure DP document types, process types, and routing rules • Handle three-way and two-way matching, GR/IR, blocked invoices, and payment runs • Maintain Vertex integration for tax determination and resolve tax variances between Vertex and SAP • Perform vendor invoice and tax reconciliation and implement corrective fixes • Support VIM and SAP Ariba invoicing interactions and define invoice channel flows • Plan and execute VIM migration and upgrade activities for the S/4HANA conversion • Provide L2/L3 production support and manage incidents to SLA • Partner with AP, Procurement, Tax, and Finance teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Write functional and technical specifications, test cases, and cutover/runbook documentation • Support integration touchpoints with PI/PO, BTP, Ariba, and archiving/output systems

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on SAP experience • 2+ years implementing OpenText VIM • Hands-on OpenText Invoice Capture Server (ICS) configuration experience • Strong P2P knowledge in SAP (MM, FI-AP, MIRO, invoice verification, payment processing) • Good understanding of PO types and invoice processing types and how each is handled in VIM • Working knowledge of Vertex tax integration and vendor invoice reconciliation in SAP • Proven ability to design, build, and support VIM customizations (ABAP, workflow, BAdIs) • Experience with at least two full-cycle VIM implementation or migration • Solid understanding of SAP workflow (SWDD, business objects) and DP document types, process options, and rule configuration • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with clear communication across business and technical teams • Experience with SAP S/4HANA 2025 and OpenText VIM 2025 release is preferred • Experience with SAP Ariba invoicing and integration with SAP S/4HANA and VIM is preferred • Experience with Dassian Performance Based Payments (PBP) for SAP is preferred • Experience with VIM on S/4HANA or in a brownfield conversion is preferred • Experience automating invoice processing is preferred • Familiarity with OpenText Business Center and archiving (ArchiveLink/Content Server) is preferred • Exposure to SAP PI/PO or BTP integration patterns is preferred • Experience with Fiori-based AP/VIM approval apps is preferred • OpenText VIM or SAP certification is preferred • Experience in manufacturing or other regulated, multi-entity environments is preferred
