📋 Description

• Strategic Collaboration with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit’s revenue strategy. • Build AI-ready data foundations: Develop and govern the semantic models and contextual business logic required to power both traditional dashboards and emerging AI-driven analytical tools, ensuring high-quality, trusted outputs across all consumption layers. • Translate insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance. • Drive operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of insights, automation of recurring reporting, and continuous improvement of data models. • Partner with the Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage & enhance the revenue data foundations, including ETL workflows, Salesforce-to-revenue mappings, and data pipelines in BigQuery.

🎯 Requirements

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher. • 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles • 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases • 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar • Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus • Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools to accelerate analysis and data workflows • Strategic and analytical capability: Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions that drive measurable business outcomes. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. • Winning Mindset: Proactive, ambitious, practical and gets results with urgency • Experience in the online marketing and advertising industry is preferred.
