📋 Description

• Travel to customers’ homes to run set appointments • Inspect homes and design systems to solve crawl space, basement, mold, concrete, and foundation issues • Present customers with a quote the same day • Communicate with customers throughout the inspection • Ensure customers have a remarkable experience • Solve serious problems affecting homeowners’ investments

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success in sales • Valid driver’s license and safe driving record • Ability to walk, kneel, and crawl with unrestricted lifting ability • Ability to fit and work in a crawl space with approximately 18 x 18 clearance • Ability to travel across west TN, east AR, and north MS a few times per month; travel is planned in advance • Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills • Ability to speak, read, and write in English • No specific construction experience is necessary; training and tools are provided • Must work in a drug-free workplace
