📋 Description

• Provide pre-sales technical support for complex products, applications, and solutions • Use product knowledge to provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations • Assess potential applications of company products to meet customer needs • Prepare detailed product specifications for customer products, applications, and solutions • Create design and implementation specifications for complex solutions • Build mini-applications through rapid prototyping to demonstrate application feasibility • Consult with prospective users and assess and validate product capabilities • Set and achieve objectives within Red Hat’s partner ecosystem • Deliver creative solutions to complex technical challenges and coordinate activities for successful project completion • Lead technical enablement plans for key partners • Coordinate Red Hat technical resources to ensure customer adoption and satisfaction • Mentor junior solution architects • Conduct workshops, demonstrations, and pilot projects with partners

🎯 Requirements

• In-depth product knowledge for technical sales support, presentations, and product demonstrations • Ability to work independently and apply independent judgment to complex technical challenges • Experience creating and delivering technical enablement plans for key partners • Ability to design and implement tailored technical solutions • Ability to coordinate technical resources, including product specialists and support teams • Ability to mentor junior solution architects • Ability to conduct workshops, demonstrations, and pilot projects • Knowledge of Red Hat technologies • Ability to work in the United States
