📋 Description

• Analyze and process large-scale structured and unstructured datasets using SQL tools, APIs, and automated preprocessing workflows • Design, implement, and optimize predictive and statistical models for enterprise marketing use cases • Develop and manage automated data transformation, cleansing, validation, and preprocessing workflows within MLOps frameworks • Define statistical evaluation metrics, loss functions, KPIs, cross-validation techniques, and drift detection mechanisms • Design analytical dashboards in Tableau and interactive prototypes in Streamlit • Communicate AI/ML methodologies, model behavior, limitations, and findings to executive, technical, and business stakeholders • Translate ambiguous business and analytical challenges into technical specifications and AI product roadmaps • Manage AI feature backlogs using JIRA and coordinate iterative co-design and testing with cross-functional stakeholders • Analyze production trends, system telemetry, performance drift, and outcome metrics • Lead strategic AI solution planning and prioritization within agile frameworks • Apply statistical theory, machine learning, NLP, Transformer architectures, and reinforcement learning across the AI/ML lifecycle • Review scientific literature and emerging AI research • Formulate and recommend data-driven AI solutions aligned with operational and revenue objectives • Oversee model training, recalibration, drift mitigation, continuous improvement, registry management, and production monitoring • Develop production-grade Python AI/ML applications and model-serving APIs • Implement containerized deployments using Docker or Podman on Kubernetes and OpenShift

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Management or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in the same fields and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related role • Two (2) years of experience independently architecting and developing end-to-end AI or machine learning applications • Experience translating ambiguous business requirements into technical specifications • Experience designing UI/UX workflows and dashboards using Pencil, Tableau or similar tools • Experience building interactive web application prototypes using Streamlit • Experience engineering scalable back-end model-serving infrastructure • Experience leading AI product lifecycles from ideation to deployment and prioritizing AI/ML feature backlogs using JIRA • Experience applying NLP and deep learning methodologies using Transformer architectures, Transfer Learning, and Semantic Search/Information Retrieval • Experience with NLTK, gensim, and spaCy • Experience developing predictive models using XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost, PyMC, and PyTorch Geometric • Experience with reinforcement learning, Gymnasium, and Ray • Hands-on Python development with Scikit-learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow • Experience integrating external data and services via APIs, including Google Suite APIs • Experience with NoSQL or high-dimensional data stores and extensive SQL database management • Experience with PostgreSQL, PL/SQL (Oracle), and Spark SQL • Experience operationalizing and scaling ML models with GitLab or GitHub, Kubeflow/MLflow, Docker or Podman, Kubernetes, and OpenShift • Experience communicating complex AI concepts and model performance to technical and executive audiences using Tableau • Experience developing data science and AI solutions in a B2B technology marketing or software industry context • Experience researching and integrating novel AI methodologies into production-level business solutions
