📋 Description

• Manage delivery of consulting services for assigned projects • Design and lead cross-functional team meetings across Support, Finance, Sales, Resource Management, and other teams • Develop, present, and communicate project content • Manage customer expectations around success criteria • Coordinate project staffing requirements with the Resource Management Office, including subcontractor procurement when needed • Manage consulting engagement financials, budgets, and forecasting, and support accounting activities • Resolve problems and issues professionally • Develop foundational knowledge of Red Hat technologies and awareness of emerging technologies • Maintain and grow knowledge of Red Hat services practices • Coordinate delivery approaches with Red Hat training and technical account management

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience managing IT, software consulting, or change management projects • Knowledge of project management and technical delivery methodologies based on PMI, systems and software development, product development, or Scrum • Proven experience as a project or program manager leading customer-facing IT consulting projects and change initiatives • Ability to affect, inspect, and adapt company culture • Demonstrated ability to motivate project teams and individual contributors and mediate conflicts • Experience using project management and agile tools, frameworks, and methodologies • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple priorities • Banking or financial services experience is a plus • Travel may be required to work alongside leading financial services industry customers • Scrum Master, Lean, product management, and project management certifications are a plus
