📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end implementation of several Archibus modules • Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, deliverables, and timelines for Archibus Real Property and Lease modules • Work with leadership to develop a global deployment phasing plan and schedule • Define and document technical and functional requirements with stakeholders and subject matter experts • Facilitate Peer Review and Stakeholder Review processes across both Archibus applications • Plan, coordinate, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case development, execution, issue tracking, and resolution • Oversee a multidisciplinary team and facilitate communication across business units, technical and development teams, communications and training teams, and external stakeholders • Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies • Prepare materials for stakeholder discussions, client meetings, and project briefings • Report milestones and status to internal team members and clients, providing schedule compliance and updates

🎯 Requirements

• An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance • Bachelor's degree • TEN (10) or more years’ experience managing technical projects or software implementations • Experience working within the Department of State (nice to have) • Experience working in an Agile environment (nice to have) • Background/experience in facilities management, real property, and asset management (nice to have) • Experience deploying Archibus or similar IWMS application (nice to have)
