📋 Description

• Lead the execution of multiple complex programs aligned with business objectives • Manage projects from initiation through delivery to closure, ensuring completion on time and within budget • Mentor and guide junior team members, project managers, and program managers • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and key stakeholders • Manage program risks and develop creative solutions to overcome challenges • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain accountability for program outcomes • Prepare and present executive-level reports and program updates • Coordinate team activities and ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope • Maintain professionalism when problem-solving and resolving issues • Develop foundational knowledge of Red Hat technologies and stay aware of emerging technologies

🎯 Requirements

• Substantial experience managing IT and software consulting projects • Knowledge of industry project management and technical delivery methodologies, including PMI, systems and software development, product development, or Scrum • 5+ years of experience as a project manager managing customer-facing IT consulting projects • Ability to affect, inspect, and adapt company culture • Demonstrated ability to motivate project teams and individual contributors and mediate conflicts • Experience using project management and Agile tools, frameworks, and methodologies • Excellent customer-facing and internal communication skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple priorities • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience • Successful applicants must reside in a state where Red Hat is registered to do business • Frequent travel in the future may be required to work alongside leading public sector customers • Scrum master and project management certification is a plus
