📋 Description

• Provide pre-sales technical support for complex products, applications, and solutions • Provide technical expertise to sales staff and customers through sales presentations and product demonstrations • Assess potential applications of company products to meet customer needs • Prepare detailed product specifications and design and implementation specifications • Build mini-applications and rapid prototypes to demonstrate application feasibility • Consult with prospective users and assess and validate product capabilities • Lead technical strategy and execution across Red Hat’s full portfolio for named enterprise customers • Orchestrate product specialists, consulting, partner architects, and field engineers • Drive customer adoption, expansion, and success • Understand customer business drivers, current architecture, and transformation goals • Own the technical account plan and align it with Red Hat’s go-to-market priorities and customer roadmap • Identify opportunities, remove technical blockers, and position Red Hat as a strategic innovation partner • Drive technical enablement plans for key partners • Architect and deliver solutions across hybrid cloud environments • Lead cross-functional collaboration to accelerate customer adoption • Mentor junior architects and partner engineers • Facilitate workshops, RHUGs, community events, proof-of-concepts, and joint innovation initiatives
