📋 Description

• Deliver high-quality, consultative recruitment support aligned to business and workforce priorities • Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned functions or regions • Contribute to broader talent acquisition strategies, processes, and initiatives • Serve as a trusted recruiting partner to hiring managers and HR Business Partners • Provide guidance on talent market conditions, hiring strategies, and selection decisions • Understand business objectives and workforce needs to develop effective recruiting approaches • Set expectations regarding timelines, role requirements, and candidate profiles • Proactively build talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles • Promote employer brand messaging aligned with organizational values and employee experience • Partner on candidate evaluations, offer recommendations, and hiring decisions • Support offer development and negotiations in alignment with compensation guidelines and internal equity

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition • Experience recruiting in Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences across job levels • Demonstrated ability to partner with hiring managers and HR professionals • Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills • Working knowledge of employment laws and compliant hiring practices • Strong communication and influencing skills • Talent market expertise • Candidate-centric mindset • Adaptability and prioritization • Ability to deliver quality and timely hires • Ability to build strong talent pipelines for critical roles • Ability to maintain compliance and consistency in recruiting practices
